A heat pack must be added to shipments that will be shipped in temperatures below 40F to guarantee live arrival. Live arrival is VOID in conditions below 40F and a heat pack is not added.
Only add ONE heat pack per animal order. We will not put multiple activated heat packs within an order of live animals. If you are ordering heat packs just to have for travel, please let us know in your order notes or via email.
